| Chorleywood Thirds smashed Old Cholmeleions 100% record on Saturday thanks
to an excellent opening spell by Mark Sinderberry who, with the help of
some excellent catching by Tom Smithson, dismissed the top 4 batsman
taking 4-44, he also ran out the oppositions star bat with a pin point
accurate throw from the deep square leg boundary. Mike Rose then polished
off the tail with 4-27 to leave the Wood chasing 94 on a very wet and
bouncy track. Simon Dare led the way with a superb example of defensive
batting scoring 40* as the Wood crawled to a 6 wicket victory in 36.1 overs.
